Marketing Benefits

SAVE-THE-DATE:

An e-blast formally announcing the event date and theme, as well as appropriate sponsors will be distributed to targeted lists of donors, members, and previous Red Ball supporters and guests through email. Expected audience: 2,000+

INVITATION:

The event invitation will be mailed to current donors and supporters, past event guests as well as others in the host committee’s network. The invitation will include sponsor recognition. Expected audience: 1,000+

EVENT WEBSITE:

The Red Ball web page will be updated with event and sponsor information and include links to appropriate sponsor websites. Expected Audience: 500+

E-BLASTS:

Regular event emails will be sent to MAH members, donors, volunteers and friends of the MAH. Expected audience: 5,000+

SOCIAL MEDIA:

The MAH will connect sponsors to event guests and donors via social media platforms, including the MAH Facebook page Instagram. Expected audience: 5,000+

Event Signage:

Throughout the MAH on the night of the Red Ball, guests will find signage acknowledging your support. Executive Director Nina Simon will thank you personally on-stage in front of the entire room.

Community Benefits

More people experiencing art, history, and culture

With your support, attendance to the MAH has gone from 15,000 to 150,000 in just a few years. With your continued support, we expect that number to continue to grow.

More offsite, county-wide programs and exhibitions

Whether at the historic Evergreen Cemetery, the Watsonville Strawberry Festival, or Cinco de Mayo in Davenport, the MAH will be able to expand its reach beyond the museum walls with your support.

More tackling of our community's most important issues

Like the Lost Childhoods exhibition sparked meaningful dialogue and action surrounding the issues of foster youth, the MAH will be tackling more social justice issues head-on in the coming year. Most notably, the issue of seniors experiencing social isolation.

More free programs for youth and families

Blow bubbles, make slime, or find your zen with family yoga. With your sponsorship, the MAH can bring free, creative, family-friendly programs to the MAH and Abbott Square nearly every single day.
